Psychological therapy for individuals over the age of 14 dealing with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, personality issues, grief, and anger.
How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked by calling the clinic directly.
What is the cost of a session?
The cost per session is $260. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you can get a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. NDIS billing is according to the NDIS billing schedule.
What types of therapy do you provide?
Therapies include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment-based therapies, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Trauma-informed therapy.
