Do you offer tele-health sessions?

Yes, tele-health (phone) therapy sessions are available.

Do you offer bulk-billing services?

No unfortunately bulk-billing services are not available. Services are provided at a single fee structure.

What are your office hours?

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Can I get a Medicare rebate for therapy sessions?

Yes, with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you can obtain a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

What issues can you help with?

Issues include addiction, ADHD, alcohol use, anger management, ASD, attachment, Bipolar Disorder, chronic illness and pain, domestic abuse, drug abuse, eating issues, family conflict, hoarding, LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders, OCD, personality disorders, pregnancy / prenatal / postpartum issues, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual abuse, sleep issues, stress, substance use, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.

How long does therapy usually last?

The duration of therapy varies depending on the individual's needs, goals, affordability, and time. Some people may attend short-term intervention, while others may continue for years.

What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please contact the clinic directly to inform them of the cancellation as soon as possible.
